Reddit Homebrew Exchange

We are in the process of setting up a homebrew exchange. At this point your input is needed to determine all the details. Separating by country is no brainer but also by region if we have enough people to help save on shipping costs. I think the simplest way is going to be to a secret santa type exchange unless someone else has a better idea.
